World War II Korea memorial WatergateThese are just a few of the other sites we visited. We took a double decked bus which takes you to most of the sites.(National Cathedral, Union Station, George Town, Fords Theater, Embassy Road, and many other sites) We also took a boat ride on the Potomac river to get a good view of Watergate, Kennedy Center and the Pentagon. We had excellent weather with very low humidity considering the time of the year.
In the past we have visited Mt Vernon the Naval Academy, Harper's Ferry and many other historical sites.
