Getting ready for a bike ride across America takes lots of training time. However I have many other opportunities that keep me off the rode at times. The picture attached is me behind the wheel of the Wapato Lions club float. Our club takes this float out to about 10 local parades each year.

This year the community of Wapato is celebrating 100 years of existence. We will be celebrating this in many ways but the main celebration will come on Labor Day September 1,2008. We hope you can come celebrate with us.
